Sony Xperia 1 III will be pre-ordered in the US with a free pair of WF-1000XM3 earbuds

Other people have already exposed you in various other comment sections.

Anonymous, 40 minutes agoIt is one level below S21 Ultra and MI 11 Ultra. Every flagship except mi ââ11 Ultra & S21 … moreObviously …. Xperia 1 III still has many shortcomings.
-Auto rotation takes a long time. Rolled out with bad buggy software.
-Physical fingerprint scanner is slower compared to competing devices.
– Unusually high aspect ratio, good for certain things, but gives the user less screen real estate overall compared to other displays with similar screen sizes.
– Improved display brightness, but still lagging behind other flagships in terms of brightness.
– Missing customization options for AOD.
– Sony software skin that does not contain themes and other additional features was made by Oxygen OS, Miui, One ui, Color OS, etc.
– Overheating problem, as Sony, like Samsung and Apple, did not use cooling.
– Charging at 30W is slower than charging Samsung at 25W and heats up to 50 ° C
– 4k gimmick uses too much battery.
– the same old main camera from last year that made it into the top 10 phone cameras again.
– terrible night mode.
– poor video quality in the dark
– poor ultrawide compared to other flagships.
– Lower quality selfie camera.
– poorly designed unsimplified auto and pro mod app that confused the user.
– Availability is an issue in important markets.
– overpriced beyond its reputation in the current market.
– Sony’s uncertain future in the smartphone space is a deterrent for most buyers.
I’m not a fan of buying new (phone) getting old (tws) for free. It’s also pretty sad considering that you can get a similar level of performance from a 1 year old phone for a third the price (vivo phone).

Phone just isn’t worth the price
I’m a little disappointed that it isn’t the new WF-1000XM4. At least it’s better than nothing.
Can these COD points be sold?
First $ 300 offer wins (if I get the phone ..)

YUKI93, 2 hours agoWait, Call of Duty Mobile CP Points? Which is quite a surprise considering this … moreThe Xperia 1 series also has a lot to offer for games. It is also one of their marketing points on their website. Even if it is not “just” a gaming phone, they want it to be important.
From memory they have for Brand III (source is their website, so take it as is):
Ulmb equivalent at 240 Hz for fluid movements (1 black image between every 120 Hz image)
Tons of dedicated display settings for showing things in dark areas
Integrated software for streaming / recording
21/9 screen so you don’t have your finger in the center of the screen where the action is
Of course, the usual gaming mode for removing notifications, adjusting brightness, etc.
Dualshock gamepad compatibility
And for me the best:
Ability to run the phone with power from the plug without charging the battery, reducing temperature and wear and tear.
And of course a socket to use headphones without the latency of BT while they are powered through the plug.
So not a bad phone for gaming at all, even if it’s not the best on the market.
Again, that’s just virtual money that doesn’t cost you anything, so it’s not a big deal either. Now that we know they will be using the WF-1000XM3 and not the last version, I will probably wait 6 months with my brand until the price drops or is needed.
Wait, Call of Duty Mobile CP Points? That’s quite a surprise considering this is primarily not a gaming-oriented smartphone. If ASUS or Xiaomi or ZTE or Lenovo make such an offer, it would make sense because they all have their own line of gaming smartphones.
4K OLED 120hz screen, pretty good camera, pretty compact, albeit large 21: 9, newest SD888 SoC with 12GBRAM 256 / 512GB internal memory, no notch / cutout / hole, but mini bezels for front camera & DOLBY front fire stereo speakers with c is reasonable, but most of all it has a 3.5mm jack and an SD slot for expandable storage, with a 30W charger in the box.

This is another useless / flop phone from Sony .. Sony will never be a major player in the smartphone .. lol
Given the phone’s outrageous price tag, the buds had better be free.
I pre-ordered it for my wife (she uses my old Xperia 1). I have xperia 1 ii and i love it. I know this is a big upgrade for my wife (she will love it)
Good luck to all

Many Apple users have left this page. The few that are left are not so loud anymore. So the haters stopped going to Apple posts. You just switched to Sony items because they generate more heat these days.
CP for CoD Mobile? I don’t need them at all, Sony!
